I know I didn't put anything on this blog for a little while, it is because that we are running a business called FilmSense Limited which it is involves a mammoth projects   And I am very exciting about it.

Today, I am writing about the business franchise.

Business Franchise is the proven business model which that you can invest and run this business.

Let say, you want McDonald's fast-food restaurant franchise. 

How much is cost? As a guide, the cost of a restaurant typically ranges from £125,000 to £325,000. You will need to provide at least 25% of the value as unencumbered funds, the remaining 75% can be funded through a bank loan with favourable funding terms... You could say er... Not for me!

This McDonald's fast food restaurant work can be very rewarding both financially and personally, it is not a license to print money where you can sit back and do nothing! It is involves lots of the work.

Yes, there are lots of different types of franchise and different amount of investment.  The lowest that I know is £500 and the most expensive is the hotel franchise which could be £millions!  

There is home-based and many different kinds of the franchise.  You can find it easily to suit your needs.
